Tai Chi Practice at the Holley Hall
A regular schedule of classes will then begin on Wednesday, June 30th and run through the end of December 2021. (No class on August 4th and 25th.) These will run from 9am.-1pm. See below for the basic practice schedule. You can drop-in for your favorite form practice or stay for the entire morning session.
Elizabeth Wirls and Jerry Henderson will be available to lead and instruct, though others are invited to help lead, if they wish.
9:00-9:30 AM - Gathering and Swinging
9:30-10:00 - Yang 24 Practice
10:00-10:45- Sun 73 Practice
10:45-11:00- Greeting and Questions
11:00-11:20- Tai Chi Fundamentals (‘Warm Ups’)
11:45-12:00- Simple Sun Plus (Bristol TC for Arthritis Form*)(TCVT Fall Prevention 123)
12:00-12:45- Qigong with Jerry and Elizabeth
*Bristol Monday 11:00-12:00 group will begin meeting in September. This Summer offering is an opportunity to begin regrouping and organizing leader schedules for the Fall.
Age Well of Addison County continues to support Tai Chi practice. They are developing on-line registration and survey forms to support funding opportunities, so your cooperation is appreciated. Age Well, with the Bristol Recreation Department and Sky River Tai Chi, make it possible to keep these practice sessions at no charge.
Contributions for Noontime Qigong offerings are appreciated.
Holley Hall is currently limiting capacity to 15 individuals at a time. To avoid any confusion, please let us know if you would like to attend and for which times.
We will be following CDC and Governor Scott’s COVID Guidelines. Unvaccinated people are asked to wear masks, and anyone who feels more comfortable with a mask is welcome to continue doing so. (Masks are not going away, keep them ready,)
