Bristol Recreation Department and Bristol Hub are working closely with the Bristol Recreation Club to update the Bristol Skatepark!

A generous ARPA fund allocation has jump started the process. The community met in February and decided to move forward with an all concrete skatepark! At this moment in time we are in the beginning stages of planning, establishing all the necessary written agreements, and FUNDRAISING!

We have a beginning balance of around $130,000 from the ARPA funds, however that will not cover the entire new park! Anything folks can donate will be helpful and go directly to the rebuilding of the skatepark! As we continue to go through the steps we are always looking for inspiration and ways to imagine what the skatepark will look like in the future. Below are two rendered images of superimposing a couple of different already existing skateparks onto the Bristol Rec Fields. They are not representative of what the park will look like but meant to be used for inspiration.

Any new park we build will require a lot of funds so we love donations if you're able to donate!

We plan to post the Request For Proposals (RFP) for the Design and Engineering of the park on September 12th.
