Bristol Recreation and The Addison County Parent Child Center are collaborating to launch a new preschool playgroup this fall. This group is for families with children ages birth to four. The casual grouping provides a comfortable place for parents to connect and children to play with peers (and toys). The ACPCC has hosted playgroups in Addison County for over 30 years.   Cynthia Clarke, a member of the PCC staff, will facilitate the new playgroup at Howden Hall on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 11:00. Cynthia brings a background in education and parenting that spans over 25 years. She will provide snacks and fun activities for the children each week. Please feel free to bring a folding chair or picnic blanket to make the back yard of Howden Hall a more comfortable meeting place while the weather is nice. There will be toys, games, and crafts set up in the basement meeting room each week. As the weather turns this fall, the playgroup will be indoors only.
