Cancellations


Cancellation Policy
 
Bristol Recreation Department (BRD) reserves the right to cancel any program, class, or camp due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment numbers.  If BRD cancels a program, class, or camp, a full refund will be given to all participants. 
 
When MAUSD cancels school or afterschool activities, we will follow suit and cancel necessary programming.

Behavior Expectations for programming:
  • Staff have the authority to correct inappropriate behavior. If a camper is acting in a way that puts themselves or others in harm’s way (physically or emotionally) they will be asked to stay separated from the group until their parent/guardian can come pick them up. If the situation escalates beyond the ability of staff to control, the Bristol Police may be called.??
  • If the behavior does not improve after the conversation with the family, the staff member may inform the parent that their camper cannot return for the remainder of the program session. A prorated refund will be given in these cases.
